1.1 As a leading small business web site hosting and domain registration provider, ANVANA is committed to respecting the privacy of all our customers and visitors to our web site. Although ANVANA tracks the total number of visitors to the web site in an aggregate form to allow us to update and improve our site, personally identifiable information is not extracted in this process unless you become a customer of ANVANA.

2.1 ANVANA only collects personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, email addresses, credit card numbers and the like, when a business purchases or pays for a service from ANVANA. This includes information obtained from the Customer during the design, development and maintenance of custom web sites. Also, ANVANA uses personally identifiable information for processing and maintaining customer accounts that are set up during the customer sign up process. This information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
3.0 Aggregate Information
3.1 ANVANA tracks the total number of visitors to each of our pages within the ANVANA Web site in an aggregate form to allow us to update and improve our site. Personally identifiable information is not extracted in this process. ANVANA may use or disclose aggregated (not personally identifiable) information for any purpose.

5.0 Cancelled Account Information
5.1 When a web site hosting or domain registration account is cancelled with ANVANA the information collected from the user will be maintained until all accounts have been settled and for a period of not less than 6 months after account cancellation.
6.0 Information Stored Offline
6.1 Customer related information is stored offline, such as email addresses, telephone numbers and where applicable credit card information is stored offline to prevent security breeches and the misuse of this information.
